A little late for Halloween, but it’s the last shot from this roll of Portra 400 that I’ve been posting pictures from, so here it is anyway.
I’m happy that I’ve now got the next two weeks off work. Plenty to do when I return, but I’m hoping to make the most of the next fortnight and do a bunch of stuff that I normally never seem to find the time to do, including a trip or two out with a camera, hopefully.
Yashica Mat 124G and Kodak Portra 400. Lab developed. Home scanned and converted with Negative Lab Pro.
Taken on 11 October 2025

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I really think this photo is great, in part because of the reds are so beautiful. Never thought Portra could do that.

Thanks -N-. I think a lot of people have a tendency to purposely overexpose Portra 400 which give a bit more of a washed-out, pastel look to the colours, but I find it can be quite saturated when shot at box speed.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you too. Have a lovely time. 🙂

Frightening subject. Perfect frame.

Thanks. It’s good to see that the skeleton in the ticket booth has a drink. Maybe a bite to eat wouldn’t go amiss though.
