Fiat 500’s were manufactured from 1957 to 1975, although the would return with a new model under the same name in 2007.
The one in today’s picture is from 1972, although I’m unsure as to which model it is in the range (probably an “L” or “R”).

The new ones give the vibe, but (like the Mini) just don’t have the same appeal as the originals.
