A large model human skull for sale at the flea-market today. Apparently it lights up (or so I overheard the stall owner tell another customer). The hat is a nice touch, I feel.

A trader demonstrates some sort of device to customers at his market stall. I’m not sure of its purpose, but it appears to be a bell of some sort.

Another shot from the flea market. I’d spotted this guy on my initial walk-around and wondered about getting a candid shot, but as I approached the stall I saw another photographer ask him if he could take a portrait. After he’s moved away I decided to fo the same, and the guy was good enough to oblige. Un-noticed by me at the time, the original photographer had walked around the next row of stalls and gave me a direct glance as I took my shot. Two for the price of one. 🙂

Another shot from Chesterfield flea market. It was bitterly cold on the day, but there were loads of photo opportunities (although not many old cameras – at least not of interest to me – a couple of Zenits and some old, but probably non-functional folders). I’ll have to pay another visit (but I’ve still plenty of shots to share from this time).

Several shots on this roll of Neopan 400 were affected by light leaks (the film had now wound tightly onto the take-up spool, and so some light got in when I opened the camera and removed the film. As a result I’ve had to crop some of the shots (including the one of some market stalls below). Not ideal, but at least they’re not completely written off – although one or two of them still show the leaks a bit even after cropping.
