Arts Tower
After something of a bleak half-a-year, I’m hoping that things are finally on the up and that, as a result, I might be able to breathe some life back into the blog. Fingers crossed!
The University Arts Tower in Sheffield is one of the city’s tallest buildings and is visible from far and wide thanks to its hillside position over the city.

I really wish I’d waited a split second for the lady to step into the light. I think it would have improved the shot a lot. Alas, there were so many people walking back and forth in front of me, this was the only chance I got without a blurry person in the foreground.

I found a camera shop when on holiday and ended up buying myself an Instax Mini 9 as a treat. The picture quality doesn’t compare to my 35mm or medium format stuff, but it’s a helluva lot of fun to use. Here are a few snaps.
